You may use Zillion Dines only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use services for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, infrastructure, or user accounts.
• Interfere with service functionality.
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or misuse any part of our services except where permitted by law.
• Use services in a way that may harm users, systems, services, or Joahquin.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Zillion Dines is an evolving product. Features, functionality, pricing, availability, and offerings may change over time.

We may improve, update, modify, discontinue, or replace features at our discretion.

While we aim to provide reliable experiences, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Using Zillion Dines requires an account.

You may authenticate through third-party providers such as Google.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Maintaining account security.
• Protecting login credentials.
• All activities occurring under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized account access or security concerns.

Zillion Dines is offered on a subscription basis, with a free allowance to start.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers including Razorpay. We do not directly store complete payment card or banking information unless explicitly stated.

By making a purchase, you agree to applicable pricing, billing terms, and provider policies.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

All content, software, code, designs, branding, trademarks, graphics, text, and materials provided through Zillion Dines are owned by or licensed to Joahquin Technologies Private Limited.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to users.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Zillion Dines lets you enter and manage your own business data — menus, orders, receipts, and customer records.

You retain ownership of your data. By using our services, you grant Joahquin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display such data solely for operating, maintaining, and improving Zillion Dines.

You are responsible for ensuring the data you submit does not violate laws or third-party rights.

We may occasionally release experimental, preview, or beta features.

These features may change, be modified, or be discontinued without notice and may contain bugs, interruptions, incomplete functionality, or unexpected behavior.

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, APIs, or tools.

Joahquin is not responsible for third-party content, policies, functionality, or services.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joahquin disclaims warranties regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and error-free operation.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joahquin Technologies Private Limited and its directors, employees, affiliates, or partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• Amounts paid by you to Zillion Dines during the preceding 12 months; or
• The minimum amount permitted under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Joahquin Technologies Private Limited from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of services
• Violation of applicable law
• Infringement of third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or continued use may create risk to users, services, or Joahquin.

You may stop using Zillion Dines at any time and may request account deletion through Delete Account.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations intended to survive termination.

Sections relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Joahquin shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cloud infrastructure failures, third-party provider outages, labor disputes, government actions, or similar events.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We may periodically update these Terms.

Changes become effective upon publication. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
